It's digital. You download the files (PDF, PNG, and source where available), delivered instantly by email. We don't provide or pay for frames, sticker backings, prints, or shipping — if you want a physical version, you produce it through your own provider.

Is any of this a one-time or pay-once purchase?+
No. Every plan is a yearly membership that renews annually. There's no perpetual or pay-once option — your access runs while your membership is active, and renewing keeps your access and every new drop.
Can I get frames or prints for the artwork?+
Yes, as an optional add-on. Physical items are produced and shipped by our print partner — you pay the partner directly and they ship it. Insider Pass members get a discount on add-ons. The membership itself stays digital; we never handle inventory or shipping.
Does any membership include the Apex AI tools?+
No — the Apex AI tools (Companion, Warfare) are their own monthly subscription, on the $59.99 / $99 / $139 ladder. Members get a discount on them, but AI access is not included in any membership tier.
Can I resell the files or use them to start my own template store?+
No. Every tier — including the Vault — is a license to use the files in your own business and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files, or build a competing store from the catalog. The Vault's extended license raises your usage limits, not resale rights.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your membership runs to the end of the paid year. After it lapses, access to the catalog, member areas, and new drops stops. Files you downloaded under fair use as a member stay with you, within the license terms — but ongoing access requires an active subscription.
Can I gift a membership?+
Yes. Add a gift recipient email at checkout and they get a redemption link — no payment info is shared.
