1. The deal
You buy templates from Apex Flow Digital, you get the templates. Use them for your own work or your client work — both fine. Don’t resell them as-is. Don’t bundle them into a competing template marketplace.
2. Refunds
Once your download begins, sales are final — but you’re covered by our 14-day make-it-right guarantee: if a file fails to deliver, is the wrong file, or is corrupted, we fix it, replace it, or issue store credit. Email info@apexflowlabs.com with your order number — eligible claims resolved within 3 business days. Full detail on the refund policy page.
3. License
Commercial use included. Use templates for your business, your clients, your launches. The only thing you can’t do is repackage them as competing templates.
4. Apex Pass
The Apex Pass is your account across every Apex store: free, and it keeps your orders, downloads, websites and Arcade scores. Membership is optional: $99 a year, renewing yearly, for 30% off digital products (files delivered by download or link) in every Apex store. It does not discount printed or shipped products, AI products, website builds or done-for-you services; very low-priced items may stay at list price; member prices do not combine with coupon codes. Cancel anytime from the Apex Pass page: membership continues to the end of the paid year, then stops renewing. Products you bought stay yours.
5. Fair use & account limits
Purchases are not a bulk-export license: a fair-use ceiling of 20 downloads per day applies to every account. Download links are tied to your account and expire shortly after they’re issued; sharing them, scripting bulk downloads, or scraping the catalog is not permitted. Where a product includes AI assistance, usage is metered (voice minutes, message and token budgets per plan); hitting a cap pauses that service until renewal or upgrade rather than billing you for overage.
6. Abuse, fraud & termination
Delivered files carry an invisible, per-account identifier. Reselling or redistributing our files, abusing the AI services, fraudulent payments, or sharing account access are grounds for immediate termination with no refund and access revoked. Because the AI staff, updates, and competitive-intel tools are account-bound services, termination ends them too.
7. DMCA
We own every design we sell and enforce our rights. To report claimed infringement, contact our designated agent at info@apexflowlabs.com with the material, its location, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We respond to valid notices and counter-notices under the DMCA.
8. Changes
We update terms when we have to. Material changes get an email and a 14-day window before they apply.
