Apex Flow Labs LLC aims for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA on Apex Flow Digital. We are not claiming full conformance: this is an ongoing effort and some pages are not yet perfect.
What we work toward
- A “Skip to content” link, a visible keyboard focus ring and labelled form fields on the main forms.
- Body text is white on a dark background to keep contrast high; we are auditing the remaining small, dimmed labels.
- Descriptive alternative text on product images and hiding decorative images from screen readers; we are still auditing older pages.
- We respect the “reduce motion” setting of your device. We do not autoplay audio. Videos start only after you press play, and we add captions or a transcript where a video has speech (not yet on every video).
- We aim for menus, dialogs (cookie notice, offer pop-up, chat) and checkout to work with a keyboard; Escape closes the pop-ups.
Known limits
- The 3D model viewer, the interactive Arcade, the template editor and some animated design previews are visual and may not be fully usable with a screen reader or keyboard alone. Each product page lists the files and details in text.
- Some product mockup images carry text inside the image. We are adding text equivalents.
- Payment pages are hosted by Stripe, which maintains their own accessibility.
