Every Apex Digital purchase — whether a single product or an Apex Insider Pass — grants you a personal + small-business license. This page spells out what that means in plain language, and what falls outside it.
What you can do
- Use it in your own business and projects. Print, post, hang, embed, or paste an Apex template anywhere a business of any size would normally use a designed asset.
- Edit it freely in Canva. Change text, colors, photos, layout, fonts — anything. Your edits are yours.
- Use it for client work.If you’re a wedding planner, real estate agent, coach, agency, etc., you may use Apex templates on client deliverables up to 500 units per design per client. Past that per-client threshold, contact us about a higher-volume license.
- Print as many copies as you need for the use cases above. Print at home, send to any lab, run paid ads using the artwork.
What you can’t do
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Apex files as-is. You may not upload Apex templates to Etsy, Creative Market, Gumroad, or any other marketplace as your own product. You may not bundle Apex files into a competing template marketplace.
- Use Apex files to train AI models or build generative datasets. No fine-tuning, no embedding into image-generation pipelines, no inclusion in scraped training corpora.
- Share your Apex Insider Pass login with third parties. One Pass = one account = one buyer or one small business. Team accounts are available for multi-seat use — contact hello@apexflowlabs.com.
- Claim authorship of the original artwork or template design.Use the templates in your work; don’t represent the unmodified design as your own original creation.
- Bulk-export the entire catalog under an Insider Pass. Pass holders have a soft monthly download cap of 100 products. Scraping the catalog, sharing logins, or otherwise attempting to bulk-export every file violates this license and will result in Pass termination without refund.
What happens if these terms are violated
If you redistribute, resell, share access, or otherwise breach this license:
- Your Apex Insider Pass and account access are terminated.
- Future purchases are blocked at the payment-processor level.
- We may issue a DMCA takedown for any redistributed copies we find.
- For commercial redistribution at scale, we may pursue a cease-and-desist and recover legal costs.
Apex products carry watermarked metadata + buyer-ID embedding on PDFs and digital files. Redistributed copies are traceable back to the original purchaser.
Bundles and the Insider Pass
Buying a niche bundle (e.g., the Real Estate Marketing Bundle or Coach Launch Bundle) grants you the personal + small-business license above for every product in the bundle. Bundles cannot be split and resold as individual products.
The Apex Insider Pass grants the same license across the entire catalog plus all future drops. The Pass is not a redistribution license — see the violations list above.
Higher-volume or enterprise licensing
For projects beyond the 500-units-per-design-per-client threshold, multi-seat agency use, or white-label rights, email hello@apexflowlabs.com with the use case. We’ll quote a custom license.
Updates to this license
This license may be updated. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the one that applies to that order; future updates do not retroactively narrow rights you already paid for. Updates are timestamped at the top of this page.
