Email info@apexflowlabs.comwith the subject “Report” or “DMCA”. We review reports promptly and remove or disable access to material that appears unlawful while we look into it.
Copyright notice (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. 512(c))
Include all of the following:
- Your name, address, phone and email, and a physical or electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work you say is infringed (a link or description).
- The exact page address(es) on this site where the allegedly infringing material is.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Counter-notice
If your material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with your signature, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the U.S., any district where we can be found). Unless the complainant files suit, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days. We end access for repeat infringers.
Other reports
For trademark, privacy, safety or consumer-protection concerns, use the same email. If you are a seller whose design was copied into one of our products, tell us the work and the product page and we will check it promptly.
