What does membership discount?
Digital products: Wall art (digital files), Stickers (digital files), Canva templates, Notion systems, 3D model files, Business-in-a-Box Starter and Professional kits, Ebooks and audiobooks. The member price shows at checkout in every Apex store.
What is not discounted?
Printed and shipped products, AI tools and AI add-ons, Forge website builds, Done-for-you and live-service tiers. A few very low-priced items also stay at their list price.
Does it stack with coupon codes?
No. On a member-priced order the member price replaces coupon codes; use whichever you prefer.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from this page. Membership stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and your free Pass (orders, downloads, scores) stays forever.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, before your first member-priced purchase. After you've used a member price, the membership isn't refundable; you can still cancel so it doesn't renew.
Do my Arcade scores carry over?
Yes. Sign in to the Arcade with the same Pass, from any store's Play button, and every score lands on your Pass.
