Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Once your download begins, the sale is final — a file cannot be returned the way a package can. What you have instead is a 14-day make-it-right guarantee: if the file is wrong, broken, or does not deliver, it is fixed, replaced, or credited. Changing your mind after downloading is not covered, and we say that before you buy rather than after.

Why digital is final
The moment a file is downloaded it can be kept, used and copied; there is nothing to take back. Every honest digital store has this policy; the difference is whether it is disclosed next to the price. Ours is.

What the guarantee covers
A corrupt or wrong file, a missing format the product page promised, a download that never arrives. Email within 14 days and it gets fixed, replaced or credited.

What it does not cover
Buyer's remorse, a design that looked different in your head, ordinary screen-to-print color shift, or a file used and then disputed.
What if the email never arrived?+
That is a delivery failure and it is covered. Check spam first, then email with your order number.
Can I get a refund before downloading?+
If the download has not begun, contact us — that is a different situation from a completed download.
