How do I download and unzip my files?
Your files arrive by email automatically after checkout — no portal, no login. Click the link for each file; multi-file packs come as a ZIP. On Windows, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All; on a Mac, double-click it; on iPhone or Android, tap it in the Files app. 3D download links stay live for 7 days, so save the files, not the email.

Finding the email
Search for the order or for apexflowlabs. Check spam and promotions tabs. If it is not there within a few minutes of the receipt, the guarantee covers a delivery failure — email with your order number.

Unzipping
Windows: right-click → Extract All → choose a folder. Mac: double-click; the folder appears beside the ZIP. iPhone: tap the ZIP in Files; a folder is created. Android: tap it in Files or use any archive app. Do not open the design from inside the ZIP preview — extract first, then open.

Keeping them
Save to a folder you back up. The 3D links expire after 7 days; other files should be saved on download too. Keep the original download — every print and upload should come from it, not from a copy that passed through a messaging app.
Which formats will I see?+
Wall art: one 4:5 300 DPI image. Stickers: transparent PNG. Canva templates: a link that opens in Canva. Notion systems: a duplicate link. 3D: GLB and STL, or GLB and USDZ for the curated set.
Why does my phone show the ZIP as unreadable?+
Some phones need the ZIP moved to Files first. Extract on a computer if it keeps failing.
Can I re-download later?+
Single-purchase links are in the email; 3D links expire after 7 days. Save the files.
