Do I need to credit the designer?
No. Apex files carry no attribution requirement. The only related rule is the reverse one: you may not present the unmodified design as your own original artwork.

No credit line needed
On a print, a shirt, a social post, a client deliverable — nothing has to say 'design by Apex'. Many marketplace licenses require attribution on free tiers; ours does not on any tier.

The one thing you cannot say
That you drew it. Use it in your work as much as you like; do not represent the unmodified design as your original creation, and do not register it as yours.

If you edited it heavily
Your edits are yours, and you can say so. The underlying design is still licensed, not owned, so the file still cannot be resold.
Can I put my own brand on it?+
Yes. Add your logo, your name, your colors.
Can I remove any Apex marks?+
Files ship without watermarks or embedded credit lines, so there is nothing to remove.
Does a client need to know where the design came from?+
That is between you and your client; the license does not require disclosure.
