Can I edit the colors and text?

Yes. Every template is fully editable in Canva — swap colors, fonts, photos, and copy in your browser without any design software.

Can I use these commercially?

Yes. Personal use + small-business commercial use up to 500 units per design is included. For unlimited commercial use across the catalog the Insider Pass at $99/yr covers it.

What format do I get?

Stripe confirms payment; we email the “Use template” Canva link within 60 seconds. Click it — the template opens in your own Canva. Edit, then export as PDF, PNG, or JPG.

Can I resell the raw template file?

Using the templates in your own products and services is fine. Reselling the raw editable file by itself (as if you'd designed it) is not.

All digital downloads are final, but we offer a 14-day refund window for: (1) files that failed to deliver, (2) wrong files, or (3) corrupted / unusable files. Email hello@apexflowlabs.com with your order number and we'll process eligible refunds within 24 hours. Buyer's-remorse refunds aren't offered — once you've downloaded the file, the transaction is complete.

Can I print these at home?

Yes. PDFs are sized for standard home-printer paper (8.5×11 and A4) as well as 5×7, 8×10, 11×17 sizes for FedEx / Staples / Vistaprint / Minted upload.

What sizes are included for signage?

Welcome and seating signs ship at 18×24 + 24×36. Menu cards at 5×7. Smaller table cards at 4×6. Re-size freely inside Canva for venue-specific fits.
