Can I use these designs on Etsy?
You can sell physical products made with them on Etsy — prints, shirts, stickers you cut yourself. You cannot list the design files themselves as a digital download on Etsy, or anywhere else. That is the difference between using a design and reselling it.

Physical products: yes
A framed print of an Apex wall-art design, a sticker sheet you printed and cut, a shirt — those are your products. Etsy is just the storefront.

Digital listings: no
'Instant download' listings of the file, or of a lightly edited version, or of a bundle that includes it, are redistribution. The license names Etsy, Creative Market and Gumroad specifically because this is where it happens.

What Etsy itself asks of you
Etsy's own rules require that you have the rights to what you sell. A copy of the license page is your proof for a physical-product listing; there is no proof that makes a digital resale legitimate.
Can I use the product photo or mockup in my Etsy listing?+
Use your own photo of your own product. Our mockups and listing images are part of our storefront, not part of the file license.
What about print-on-demand fulfilment through Etsy?+
Yes — Printful or Printify fulfilling a physical order you sold on Etsy is still a physical product. See the print-on-demand answer.
Can I sell prints of the 3D models?+
You can sell prints you make. You cannot sell the STL or GLB files.
- —It does not allow the file, or a bundle containing it, as a digital product on any marketplace.
- —It does not give you exclusivity — another Etsy seller may be using the same design.
